He was a title officer for 5 years his background includes First American Title Co., Fidelity, and North American Title.

Linda D. Stearman
Associate Broker
Linda began her career in real estate management in 1980, in New Jersey with both residential and commercial management. Started working with commercial management in 1998 in the Phoenix, Tucson, Sierra Vista, Prescott and Payson areas. Linda started Spectra Management Co. in 2005 recognizing that there is a specific need in the property management business for a hands on style of managing properties. Having a relationship where you communicate with owners, tenants and vendors on a regular basis to meet the property needs. Property management is not just about the numbers at the end of the month it is also about being at the property on a regular basis not relying on a vendor to let you know when a problem arises.

Kris Smith
Kristina Smith joined Spectra Management in 2015. Her speciality is commercial real estate property management. She has embraced the philosophy of Spectra Management that a hands on approach to the management of her portfolio makes for happier owners, tenants and vendors. Kris has an extensive background in sales and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. She is married with 3 lovely children.
